Prom 2021

It’s time for Junior+Senior Prom! (Can you believe it?!) Abby and her best friend Bella wanted Carson to come along and then Alissa joined them too! They all went as friends and had a nice time. We all went over to Bella's house to hang out and eat dinner while everyone was getting ready. Then (of course) we took lots of pictures before the kids headed out. They looked SO BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME!! 

They went to prom for about an hour and then went to Whataburger (the real highlight of the evening) before heading back to our house. They said prom itself was kinda "meh", but they had fun going out and getting dressed up. I'm glad Abby and Carson got to have this experience together. I overheard her say the other day that "he is my real best friend." I love that they love each other.

Baseball [Freshman Year]

Carson was pumped for high school baseball this year. It's been a handful of years since he played, so he was a little apprehensive at first, but he did well! At the start of the season, he played with both the JV and Varsity teams. He primarily played outfield at the start of the season. 

As the season progressed (and it didn't seem like the coach was doing too much coaching), Aaron and Carson spent more time practicing, and Carson got better and better every game. He began getting hits in each game and was a pitcher pretty consistently. His last game, he had his best pitching game!

We had a ton of fun watching him play this year and can't wait to see what future seasons hold.
