We lounged around a bit this morning, cleaned the house some (working on finishing that project right now), and then I sat out in the front yard with Carson and read a book while Carson decorated the sidewalk with chalk drawings. It was amazingly relaxing.

We got together with Jason and Natalie for lunch and they took us to a fabulous restaurant to try some El Salvadoran cuisine at La Playa Seafood. Delicious! My personal favorite... the fried plantains with sweet cream and refried beans. Sounds strange, I know, but don't judge. :)

The rest of the afternoon has been pretty low key. Aaron and Jason suggested stopping by Furniture for a Cause on our way home, so we hung out there for a good while. Jason and Natalie had a very humorous exchange about one very awesome green desk chair (and Natalie won). Should've taken a picture of the chair, but I did get a picture of us all lounging around on the furniture. We were sitting there for probably 20 minutes discussing the "beautiful" surrounding artwork and, of course, the green chair. Read Jason and Nat's count of the Green Chair Incident here. It's hilarious!
