Craftiness

This morning I had the chance to hang out with two good friends, drink coffee, and be crafty while the boys were out playing golf. I loved it. Natalie I rarely take the time to bust out the sewing machine, fabric, and miscellaneous other crafting supplies I have and I never seem to have really clever ideas. Today, Jenn taught us how to make these really great necklaces AND hairbows for our girls! I'm thrilled. Besides that, it was just super relaxing, fun, and inspiring. Thank you girls for inviting me!

I was trying to make a necklace (above) that would coordinate with this top (below) that I bought this week, but it may not quite coordinate. Even if not, I'm thinking it'll be cute with a black tee!

Natalie and I brought all of our kids to play with Jenn's four and they all had a blast! You'd think eight kids all together would be crazy, but they had such a great time.

  3. Ahhhhhhh. . . .these are the years that form bonds that can never ever be broken -- even when kids are grown and girlfriend, sister, or cousin time is harder to come by -- the bonds you are forming now will hold tight for your whole life!

I love LOVE that last picture of those 3 jubilant boys loving their friendship!
