It's true.
Today after we got home, he sat and listened to me ramble on and on about crafts, my hair, and who knows what else. All the while, his bright blue eyes smiling. And he told me he loved me and I knew that he meant it. We took a nap (a rare occasion in our house) and spent the afternoon lounging around. When it came dinner time, he took over the kitchen and made his amazing burgers (one of many different varieties). Abby sat on a chair and watched her Daddy cook, just glad to be in his presence, while Carson was in and out of the kitchen showing off his muscles and declaring his strength and the fact that he thinks he could probably take his Daddy down in a fight if he had too. It was funny.
Nights at home where we're all together lately have seemed few and far between. It just felt so good to be here... together and happy.

I wish with all I have that this picture wasn't blurry, but I love it anyway...

Sigh! I love you guys so much!!! I'm so proud that Aaron is the kind of husband that would make someone like you write a blog like this -- and the kind of father that has pictures with his babies like this. OMG! God is so faithful to our family!!! "God, if I haven't said thank you today yet, THANK YOU!!!!"
