Seth Godin

This morning I was taking a shower and praying about some business questions I had, and I had the thought... if only I could ask Seth Godin. He would be able to give me some solid advice. (Seth Godin is a marketing guru who has written a zillion bestselling marketing books and has the largest marketing blog in the world.) Then I had the thought... you should e-mail him.

So I did.

I never do this. Ever. 100% of the time I talk myself out of it. But I did it, never expecting in a million years that he'd ever get back to me.

But guess what? He did. (Which -- on a side note -- I guess is smart marketing on his part, because even though I was probably already a fan for life, now I really am.) And his advice was very helpful and encouraging.

This is probably not a huge deal, but it made my day. :) Lots of family updates to come.
